Increased my sleep medication: Trazodone
Sorry I have not posted in so long. I am still taking 90mg of celexa and 2700 mg of neurontin for my anxiety/depression. I have not had to take a xanax (my security blanket) in about 5 months! And that includes the fact that we have moved to a new state! I have a new psychiatrist, which I think I have mentioned before. He is smart and kind and totally gets me. He is adamant about a full night’s sleep, and has increased my trazodone to 100 mg along with the 8 mg of rozerem. Wow, I sleep great most …
